Cain's eldest son, as mentioned in the Bible, was named Enoch. It is recorded in Genesis 4:17 that after Cain had killed his brother Abel, he went to the land of Nod and knew his wife, who then bore him a son named Enoch. Enoch himself went on to father a son named Irad, who then became the father of Mehujael, who in turn was the father of Methushael, who was the father of Lamech. Lamech had two wives, Adah and Zillah, and he became the father of Jabal, Jubal, and Tubal-Cain, who were all renowned for their skills in animal husbandry, music, and metalworking respectively. It is also noteworthy to mention that in the New Testament of the Bible, the genealogy of Jesus Christ is traced back to Adam through the lineage of his son Seth, rather than through the lineage of Cain.
